SHIPPING POLICY

At Lunara, we're proud to offer free shipping!

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional processing time during holidays and peak sales seasons.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Processing typically takes 3–10 business days from the date your order is placed, and orders are shipped the next business day after processing. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. If you need to update your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at lunara7479@gmail.com. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

After placing your order, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

• Europe: 7–14 business days
• United States: 7–15 business days
• Canada: 7–16 business days
• Central America: 10–25 business days
• Australia / New Zealand: 10–26 business days
• Other countries: 11–30 business days
